There are a whole host of benefits for entering the Best of Show Awards at CEDIA 2025. Below are just a few that you will receive, both as a nominee and as a winner:
- All entries will receive a fully licensed nominee badge to use in both digital and print promotions.
- Dedicated editorial coverage across participating brands. As a winning entry, you will receive promotional coverage across social media, websites, newsletters and magazines from the official award brands - Residential Systems, TWICE and What Hi-Fi?
- Winner marketing assets to further promote your success. You will receive an official award winner's badge, fully licensed to be used with your winning product both domestically and overseas at no additional cost in addition to a winners social assets.
- Crystal glass trophies to display your win. Individual trophies will be sent directly to winners after CEDIA, so you can continue celebrating your success after the show!

If your product or solution is being exhibited on the show floor at CEDIA Expo 2025, start telling us about it today!

Enter the exhibiting company's details and information about your product, including a 500-word description, product image and URL.

After creating your first nomination, you can either choose to submit just the one entry, or create a new entry for a different product altogether, there is no limit to the number of entries you submit.

Submit your entry/entries and download your nominee badge from the link provided on the confirmation page.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The program recognizes outstanding products exhibited at the CEDIA Expo 2025. Winners are judged by a panel of industry experts and awarded by the publishers of Residential Systems, TWICE and What Hi-Fi? magazines based on descriptions provided by you via the nomination form as well as on judges’ inspection at the convention.

Any company that exhibits a product or solution on the exhibit floor of the CEDIA Expo 2025. Products need not be shipped but must be shown publicly and anticipated to ship within 12 months.
Thousands of new products are introduced at CEDIA Expo each year, help make yours stand out. Every product nominated, whether chosen for an award or not, will receive a digital award nominee badge.
Winners will receive a suite of marketing assets to promote winning nomination/s, including a fully-licensed winner's badge.
The deadline is currently set for 23:59 ET on August 22, 2025. We reserve the right to consider late applicants as circumstances dictate. Please note that on-site nominations are not accepted.
You may submit a given product to multiple magazines, at $625.00 each. It costs $625 per product nominated, for consideration by your chosen Future magazine.
Just nominate the product for each by checking the appropriate box(es) on the product’s form; so for example, if Jones Smith Manufacturing wishes to nominate a new product for consideration by three magazines, the nomination price is $1,875 ($625 x 3). The entry form will guide you.
There is no limit to the number of products you may nominate. Each requires a nomination form and entry fee(s).
A panel of judges and editors, chosen in advance by the editors of our publications, will review nominations and choose the winners.
